All exterior color changes require prior written approval from the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Color changes apply to siding, doors, shutters, trim, roofing, and all appurtenant structures. Colors should relate harmoniously to surrounding homes. Repainting to the exact original color does not require submission.

All exterior modifications including paint color changes require prior approval via the Property Change Plan Application. Color schemes and paint samples must be submitted with the application.

Exterior paint or stain color changes require an ARC application. A sample and model number of the color must be submitted along with the application.

Any building or exterior changes, including paint color changes, require submission of an Advisory Committee Building Request form.

Exterior changes including paint require compliance with the community's Declaration of Restrictions. Contact the HOA for specific color guidelines.

Homes must retain their original color schemes. A table of approved colors for doors, shutters, storm doors, trim, posts, garage doors, railings, decks, and roofing materials is provided by address.

Exterior changes require ARC approval. Brick, stone, or stucco are preferred exterior materials. Metal roofs and painted metal panels are generally not acceptable.

Exterior projects including paint require HOA approval. Samples of proposed colors must be submitted with the application.

Exterior color changes to trim, doors, shutters, and siding require prior approval from the Design Review Committee (DRC). The goal is to maintain a standard of quality and appearance throughout the community.

Repainting with the identical existing color does not require approval. New colors require submission of paint samples and a photograph of the current home. Painting brick or dryvit homes requires approval — only approved colors permitted. No paint design may be repeated within three houses or directly across the street for three houses.

Painting of brick homes is permitted. All exterior painting must be performed by a licensed contractor and must cover the entire exterior brick surface. Allowed finishes are whitewash or white/off-white paint only. All color selections are subject to HOA Design Committee approval.

All proposed exterior paint colors and combinations must be approved by the ARC. House, trim, and front door colors must be chosen from approved community color palettes available from the ARC. Repainting in the same previously approved color does not require new ARC approval. Front door color changes require prior written ARC approval.

Exterior structural changes or additions, including repainting, require prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

The ARC reviews all remodeling, exterior appearance alterations including color changes, and additions. All alterations must follow the community's design standards and receive ARC review and approval.

Homes must be painted all one color, excluding trim. Trim must always remain white. Paint color should reasonably coexist with other colors in the HOA. Colors similar in tone, hue, tint, brightness, and saturation to other homes should be approved. Final determination is at the sole discretion of the ARC.

Any change to the exterior of the home or yard must be approved by the Association before any work is done. An approved paint color palette is available from the ARC.

All homes must be painted with earth color designs. Reds, purples, and other obtrusive colors are not allowed.

Any paint colors on brick or stucco surfaces must be approved by the ARC. Adjacent homes may not be the same or similar color. Pure white and bright white are not approved — off-white or warm white only. Suggested Sherwin-Williams colors: Oyster White (SW 7637), Snow Bound (SW 7004), White Duck (SW 7010). Suggested Benjamin Moore colors: White Dove (OC-17), Simply White (OC-117).

Repainting with the same color(s) does not require an ACC Request Form. New colors or color changes require ACC approval. Mailboxes and posts must be maintained in satin black.

All exterior paint colors must fall within the Historical grouping of Sherwin-Williams paint colors. Homeowners must fill out an Exterior Modification Request Form and receive approval prior to painting.

Property improvements or modifications including paint color changes must be submitted for approval prior to the start of work. Specific color standards can be found in the Association's Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions.

All buildings must be painted and maintained in good condition at all times. Aluminum and vinyl siding are excluded from the subdivision. Exterior materials and paint must comply with the protective covenants.

All changes to the exterior appearance of the home must be evaluated by the Architectural Committee and approved by the Board of Directors prior to installation.

All exterior improvements to your property must be approved by the Architectural Committee before they are started. Exterior paint colors also require pre-approval.

All exterior changes including paint color, design, and building materials require prior ARC approval. Homeowners are responsible for painting the exterior every 5–8 years depending on environmental conditions.

Any repair or modification that may alter the exterior of the house requires ARC approval, including paint color changes. Gutter replacement, window replacement/repair, and roof repair do not require approval.

The Architectural Review Board (ARB) has the right to review and approve all changes to the exterior of homes, including changing exterior paint colors. The prohibition on unapproved changes is very broad.

No outdoor additions, alterations, modifications, or painting shall be done without Architectural Review Committee approval. Window coverings must reflect a white/off-white exterior view. No alteration of unit number, exterior color, or doorknob without approval. Lattice on decks and patios must be painted to match the deck color.

Exterior paint color changes require submission of color swatches or chips for approval. Any construction changing the exterior appearance of the house requires detailed drawings and material specifications including colors.

Any modifications that deviate from the original color scheme — including roofing materials, front doors, shutters, siding, trim, and windows — require prior written approval from the Board of Directors. The approved color combinations are available from the Management Company or the HOA website.

Shutters must be earth-tone colors. Exterior of dwelling must be minimum 90% brick, stone, stucco, Dryvit, or similar material. Other exterior materials require written approval from the Developer. No vinyl or aluminum siding except for soffit, fascia, or rear gables.

The Wyndchase Architectural Review Board must approve new construction, fences, outbuildings, and general construction improvements. Exterior paint color changes require ARB approval.

No structure or exterior appearance change, including re-painting, is allowed without written consent of the Architectural Committee. Plans must include exterior elevations, shape, height, materials, and color scheme. Exterior must be minimum 80% brick, stone, hardie board, stucco, or EIFS.
