- Pressure Washing & Cleaning — We remove dirt, mildew, chalking paint, and cobwebs from every surface. This isn't a quick rinse—we adjust PSI by substrate to avoid damage to wood, brick, or stucco.
- Scraping, Sanding & Repair — Loose and peeling paint is hand-scraped and sanded smooth. Rotted trim gets replaced. Cracks and gaps get caulked with elastomeric sealant rated for exterior temperature movement.
- Priming Bare & Problem Areas — Bare wood, stains, and patched areas are spot-primed with Sherwin-Williams bonding primers to ensure uniform adhesion and sheen consistency.
- Application — Spray, Roll, or Brush — Depending on the substrate and your home's details, we spray siding for maximum efficiency and back-roll for texture uniformity. Trim, windows, and detail work are hand-brushed for clean lines. Doors get sprayed or brushed depending on material.
- Final Walkthrough & Touch-Up — Jesse walks the entire project with you, checking every angle, every edge, every transition. We don't pack up until you're satisfied.

Weather Monitoring & Scheduling
We never apply exterior coatings outside of proper conditions. Sherwin-Williams products require application above 50°F with humidity below 85% and no rain expected within 4–6 hours. We monitor forecasts daily and adjust our schedule to protect your investment. If conditions turn unexpectedly, we stop immediately and protect all wet surfaces. Brick & Masonry Painting
Painting brick is not the same as painting wood. We offer traditional exterior coatings, limewash, and mineral-based finishes depending on the look you want and the condition of the masonry. Every brick project starts with a thorough inspection for moisture issues, efflorescence, and mortar condition. We use Sherwin-Williams Loxon primers and breathable coatings that allow trapped moisture to escape—preventing peeling and blistering from the inside out.
